Preservation and touring preparation of this 1931 Cadillac V-12 focused on reliability while respecting the vehicle’s original engineering. Work included cooling-system repairs, servicing of the original Stewart vacuum fuel system, leak correction, and careful disassembly in preparation for exterior refinishing.

- Exterior body panels and trim carefully removed for refinishing
- Engine oil and filter service
- Water pump gland repacked with new rope packing
- Coolant hoses replaced
- Deteriorated coolant pipe replaced
- Stewart vacuum fuel system disassembled, cleaned, serviced, and rebuilt
- Custom gaskets fabricated for the Stewart vacuum system
- Rear differential resealed to correct fluid leakage
- Systems inspected and prepared for continued touring use
